On the road by 8:44am. We followed the pretty seafront leaving Barcelona. Soon we made it to Costa Brava where there were rolling hills up and down cliffs by the seaside. It seemed like where city folk would have their getaway properties. We were excited to buy bread, jamon and tomatoes for lunch and a beer for only 22 cents!
Before going to Imma’s parents’ house we made a quick stop at decathlon, in desparate need of camping gas. Unfortunately they were out of stock, meaning we’ll be unable to cook until we find some. We then went to Imma’s parents and Imma’s mum took us for a walk to the beach where Viki and I took a dip.
They cooked a delicious meal, with our second Spanish omelette of the trip, along with grilled pork and jamon. It was another very late night to bed, so this blog post is being written after the fact
